February 9, 2013: Towpath Chamber of Commerce members recently spent several hours volunteering with the Habitat for Humanity. On Saturday, February 9th, 7 members gathered at 2596 Kibler Road to sling drywall “mud” on the interior of the home. This is just one of the many community events planned for this year. HABITAT BUILD
June 22, 2012: Members and friends of the Towpath Chamber of Commerce joined forces with Habitat for Humanity on June 22 to assist with the new construction at 35 Royal Place in Akron. The crew was hard at work all day long erecting walls, driving nails and unloading supplies. Even though the work was hard and the sun was hot, all agreed they would definitely do it again to benefit such a worthy cause!
